Our Process
As a both a consultant and a working construction professional, our owner Shawn Seiler understands the proper methods of installation and why exterior envelope and roofing systems fail. Our cost of repair estimates are based upon careful analysis of the engineering report, coupled with our extensive knowledge of the construction market and experience in the industry.
SS Consultation is dedicated to providing exceptional job costing and consultation services to our clients. When we begin the project, we will carefully analyze the project as whole to identify what needs to be done and what it will cost to correct the problem.
As we prepare the scope of work (SOW) needed to complete the repairs, we review the plans and visit the job site to get field measurements and additional insight into the work required. During this time, we proactively seek out any existing records that will assist our team in estimating the cost of repair.
After our analysis is complete, we provide a complete report, detailing the estimated cost to repair the problem. As a critical part of the consultation team, we work closely with our clients to ensure that we have an accurate understanding of the issues and provide reliable costing estimates that reflect the current construction market.
